Delivery

1.Do you deliver outside of Singapore?

At this stage, Fleur Bliss delivers only to Singapore-based.
There will be a $15 Delivery Fee for every order placed Island-wide.
**Fleur Bliss is happy to deliver island-wide, except to the following restricted locations:

    • 1. Tuas

2. Penjuru
3. Jurong Island
4. Army Camps / Police Camps
5. Changi Airport
6. Sentosa
Fleur Bliss will do its utmost to meet its customer’s delivery requests, but reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the amount to the customer in the event of invalid delivery location.

Delivery Timing

1. 11am-5pm
2. 5pm-9pm

2.Unsucessfull Delivery

Kindly ensure recipient or representative is present at delivery address during stipulated date and time.
Fleur Bliss cannot accept responsibility for late/failed delivery if:
1. Incorrect address given
2. Intended recipient not present
3. No valid means of contact
4. Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security

3. Re-Delivery

1. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, customers can request for a re-delivery but it will be subjected to a standard $15 re-delivery charge.
2. Customers need to contact 94871928 to request for the re-delivery.
3. Re-delivery timing is subjected to Fleur Bliss scheduling.

4. Change in delivery details

1.Customers who wish to amend delivery details will need to WhatsApp or call 94871928 will tend to your request during our working hours.
2. Same day delivery for all orders placed before 11am (Kindly note that our florist will need at least 4 hours to prepare your order for same day delivery) If you order after 11am, your order will be delivered the next day or your nominated day.

1.How To Order Flower Arrangements for Any Occasion?

Ordering flowers for a specific occasion? We categorize our collection of flower arrangements by occasions to make your shopping experience simple.

2. Seasonal Availability of Flowers

We strive to ensure your bouquets are always fresh and beautiful, to meet your specific requirements. However, flowers are seasonal and we reserve the right to make substitutions at our discretion.
If the main bloom of a product be no longer available, we will contact you and work out a suitable replacement. We will only substitute to the flowers with a nearly appearance and value.

3. Can I customize a flower bouquet?

Yes, you can. We can customize the flower bouquet, even the Wrapper and ribbon to a certain colour or type that you require. Pls. you can call or email us.

4. Can I make changes for my existing order?

Any modification for your existing order, email us at fleurblissflowers@gmail.com and provide the Order Number.
Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance before delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to orders that have been finalized and shipped because each product is perishable and made to order.
